Depending on the payment method and payment provider, the credit may be visible within just a few minutes. As a rule, it is processed within 2–3 working days.

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express: depending on the bank or card provider, usually within 2–3 working days
- Bank transfer: usually within 2–3 working days after processing
- Klarna / HeyLight: The refund or adjustment is handled by the respective payment provider. The processing time can vary depending on the provider.
