A cancellation is possible free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or has not already been specially produced for you or bindingly commissioned from the manufacturer.
Since we generally forward orders to our manufacturers quickly, we cannot guarantee a cancellation after this period has expired.
How to cancel:
Send us an email as soon as possible to support@zen-zone.ch and include your order number.
We will review your request and confirm whether a cancellation is still possible. After a successful cancellation, the amount already paid will be refunded via the original payment method.
If the 48 hours have already passed, you can still contact us. We will be happy to check whether the order can still be stopped.
