It is possible to pick up your order directly from our warehouse upon request.
To do this, send us an email at support@zen-zone.ch before or immediately after placing your order and include your order number. We will check whether pickup is possible and then inform you of the address and the available pickup time.
Please note: Pickup is only possible after our confirmation.
Bulky furniture such as sofas, beds, or tables is large and sometimes heavily packaged. Therefore, please plan for a sufficiently large vehicle and, if necessary, help with loading.
