Delivery costs
For orders of CHF 200.– or more, standard delivery is free of charge.
Standard delivery
- Bulky furniture such as sofas, beds, or tables will be delivered to the curb.
- Parcel deliveries are delivered to your front door.

You can book the following services at checkout or subsequently by email:

If you did not select an additional service when placing your order, you can write to us at support@zen-zone.ch with your order number.
Provided that the delivery has not yet been scheduled or shipped accordingly, we will be happy to check whether the requested service can be added subsequently.
